Procedure

When ordering, the core cost will be charged on the invoice and will be refunded to you upon receipt.
You must make sure that the returned core includes the same parts as the reconditioned one. The core must be returned (all assembled) in the same container you received the reconditioned engine.
Upon receipt of core, it will be inspected for missing or broken parts. If the core satisfies the specifications, then the complete core refund will be issued.
If the core has one or more broken part(s), it (their) cost(s) will be added on the invoice depending on the kind of breaking.
If there are missing or modified parts on the core, they will be invoiced according to our price list.
You can send us by email a photo of the engine broken part. This way we can do an estimate on the costs. However, the final price will be only determined after the core receipt. (info@cvtech-aab.com)
