Return and exchange policy

Return of an intact track for no reason (within 90 days of purchase) : dthe client need to pay the shipping and the track will be refunded.

Exchange if you order the wrong model (within 90 days of purchase) : dealer need to pay the shipping of the wrong track to our warehouse and upon receiving of the track and payment (balance and shipping of the new one) the new track will be sent.

Exchange if we sent the wrong track (within 90 days of purchase) : GB Distribution will take care of the shipping from you to us. As soon as the wrong track is receive the correct one will be sent.

Defect warranty: Each track have a 1 year defect warranty from purchase date. We will take care of getting the defect track back to our warehouse and sent you a correct one.
For the dealers : we can either deal with you or with the client directly (they will need to provide us with a receipt of their purchase
