Some models combine the spark plug caps and coils to reduce the number of parts used to improve efficiency. However, when your plug caps wear out, it is more expensive to replace them. If you are experiencing ignition problems, this could mean the coil plug cap needs replacing. The replacing is simple to do and help with the efficient running of your engine.
Our CDI may use a different wire color code than your original.
All the wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This CDI is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
