Dalton QA3 Series are a fully Adjustable flyweight kit for the 2022 Arctic Cat models with Adapt Primary Clutch. These weights were designed as a high-quality billet steel set that has more adjustment than previous versions, allowing performance shops and Pro racers more options to fine-tune for their specific applications.

These weights incorporate the original “Dalton Quick Adjust method that allows fine-tuning adjustments without removing the flyweights from the drive Clutch.The Quick Adjust passage allows adding or subtracting Grams through the entry point at the heel by use of the supplied T-handle Allen wrench.Independent threaded adjustment for the tip weight allows changes to both total mass and location of mass.Built-in heel type mass with a wider design for better belt grip and roller surface wear resistance.

There are many combinations of added fasteners that add to the base weight to allow fine adjustment to the “total Grams, as well as different “placement of mass combinations.

The different base weights available should fill the needs of most applications. Each base weight can have (up to) apProximately 9.4 Grams added allowing plenty of fine tuning adjustment, and allows for easy tuning in different forms (EG: tip heavy or heel heavy configurations).

The base weight indicates the weight of one base flyweight when empty.
