Significantly decreases internal operating temperature with highly efficient MOSFET transistor regulation circuit. This technology runs much cooler than the OEM silicon rectifier regulation circuit and requires much less power to operate.
Automotive grade wiring harness with OEM-quality heavy-duty connectors
Made with the same Delphi connectors as OEM Polaris parts, our wiring harnesses are manufactured in a factory with controlled quality processes. They use the same Cross-Link braided copper wire as the OEM parts, and resist heat, oil, acid, gas and more with very low electrical resistance.
Plug & Ride design
Our voltage regulator housings are manufactured to OEM specifications for a fast and easy installation.
WARNING : This product is suitable for certain 2016-2017 models whose regulator connects directly to the main harness of the vehicle without conversion harness.
If you own a 2016 RZR 1000 or any other RZR from a year prior to 2016, you must use a conversion harness to install this regulator.
Please refer to the section below to determine the product number that applies to your model year.
Before installing your new voltage regulator rectifier:
- Check the AC output of the stator.
- Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator and regulator rectifier.
- Check and repair any melted wiring.
- Use hi-temp dielectric grease on all connectors.
