KOK International began as a family company that originated from humble beginnings. Being the first company in Taiwan to develop the oil seal, KOK has invested hundreds of millions of dollars and worked meticulously to be a high quality OEM supplier of a wide range of rubber, rubber-bonded and engineered plastic products.

KOK stands for Kyo Oil-Seal Kaisha, a Japanese translation meaning the Hsu family Oil Seal Company.

Since 1963, KOK built a solid name for itself in the local market. It was quickly adopted as the first choice for polymeric solutions in the Automobile and Motorcycle OEM markets in Taiwan and our craft had been perfected to the point of being an international contender among industry leaders.

As it became apparent, there was a demand in the international arena for KOK products to which we responded by strategically establishing facilities in growing markets. As the KOK name earned its trust from long standing customers, the company additionally entered the field of manufacturing complementing components, motivated by customer demand.

Over the course of investments, expansions and establishing facilities around the world, KOK has continued to learn, gain experience, develop and evolve. And this is how the world evolves.
